I really like this! The parentheses (sp?) really emphasize the way he is talking and I like that when the parentheses are done, it goes back to the speech.
I like how you swept the type when he said "clean the decks". That was smart! Very good so far. I couldn't see the gradient background you had before. You might have removed it, but in any case, I like it without it. Looks really good. Can't wait to see the finished movie.
Good stuff! I don't know if there is another way to incorporate the type of animation you had for the word 'book' in any other part of the speech, it might be neat.
I think overall it looks great. I agree with Maryann about the book animation detail. Is there another word that could have a more conceptual movement too? Also, the block of type at the end might look more balanced if the word "firm" lined up with the serif of the "w" in law.
Looks good, I really like the "book" animation part and the way you used the parentheses. The words "I sold" seem like they should align with the beginning of the block of text rather than with the L in "all", especially on the next slide because it doesn't align with anything.
I like the changes that you made with the way you involved the interaction of what the words are and the action they are doing when they come up, like the book opening. One thing I think is hard to read is when the large letters go across than the words come up behind again, its kinda of hard to read in teh transition.

ReplyDeleteI think the saturated colors look great. I like what you did with the camera. The zooming back and forth adds a nice texture in the background.
